An evenings fun

An informal club night to play with light painting.

Four hardy souls visited the local adventure playground after dark on Tuesday. Under the 'guidance?' of Richard, several tools and techniques were tried with varying degrees of success. The lovely orange yellow flowing image above was done using some 'proper' light painting tubes, but the other images were very much 'budget' tools.  The set of circles was created using just some cheap ice sticks from Morrisons, The 'spirograph' like image was a strip of LEDs stuck on a long piece of wood, and the globe was a set of Halloween fairy lights (and plentiful duck tape!). The final image demonstrates that although fundamentally straightforward, there is some practice required to achieve the best results!
